Extension and loft conversion for a private client in West London

A single storey back extension and a loft conversion were required to enlarge the single unit house into two three-bed room apartments. The planning law has been exploited following minimal legal requirements whilst maximising the volume of the building, thereby speeding up the design and building process at the same time.
As a result, a loft with en-suite bathroom and a dramatic and generous open-plan kitchen/dining area have been created, with a smooth transition via the terrace into the garden area.
