Our study proposes the development of the former swimming pool into a centre for life-long learning in combination with accommodation and spa/wellness facilities.

The institution shall help to establish a new cultural centre within the inner city - the "Kulturdreieck" (cultural triangle). The study includes the spatial concept for the academy, the spa/wellness area, the hotel and holiday accommodation, the adjacent park and several service interventions.
